Your results from the Connective Tissue Disease Screening Questionnaire (CSQ) show that you may be at a “probable” or “possible” risk of having Lupus. This study is an opportunity for us to use advanced virtual, digital, and lab technologies in an effort to classify your autoimmune condition and to assist your healthcare provider to potentially diagnose Lupus.

The study will be conducted remotely, so you can participate from the comfort of your own home. We’ll be using telehealth and virtual sessions, so there will be no need for in-person visits to clinics. We’ll also be collecting lab samples through mobile sample collection services.

As part of participating in this study, all study sessions, medical testing, wearable, and app technology required by the study will be provided at no cost to you or your insurance. And at the end of the study, your primary healthcare provider will receive a final study report which we recommend you discuss with them. It’s important to note that there will be no additional compensation for participation in the study.

Optionally, after the initial phase of this study, you will have an option to be followed for up to 6 years to study disease progression. If you’re interested in joining the study, here’s what you’ll need to do:
